Wallie has extensive experience in the financial and management consulting sector (managing the interest of major private and public sector clients on commercial assignments). He has a wide range of corporate and financial management skills and significant expertise in, amongst others, structuring and implementing revenue solutions in the Public Sector environment, design (and source) of staffing structures and due diligence reviews.

Wallie is also a director and shareholder in Kreston Asset Management. This company focus on infrastructure and movable asset management. Most Public Entities are qualified by the Auditor General on their assets and we assist with improving all processes linked to Asset Management.

Angela Louw

CA(SA) M (Phil) Applied Ethics

Angela provides training in the Applied Ethics field, within the business and engineering professions.

She designs and implements tailor made workshops and CPD programmes to match the specific needs of clients and industries.

Angela consults at senior management and directorate level on issues of governance and provides guidance to ethical questions concerning policy and decision making.

She conducts research in the areas of Human Dignity and Human Rights as they relate to societal issues within the professional business, medical and engineering landscapes.

She currently lectures high school learners in accounting and the improved results bears testimony to her approach.
